	Western Governors, Premiers Set Greenhouse Emissions Goal August 23, 2007 – The governors of Arizona, California, New Mexico, Oregon and Utah as well as the premiers of British Columbia and Manitoba have announced they have established a goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in their states and provinces to 15 percent below 2005 levels by 2020.
