Scientists React to Delay in Climate Bill Debate

July 23, 2010 – The Union of Concerned Scientists have issued a statement in response to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s decision on July 22 to delay any Senate debate on the Kerry-Lieberman climate and energy bill.
